We want you to be thrilled with your Old Sole sneakers! If you’ve purchased the wrong size or have any issues, we provide free returns and exchanges for items priced at $70 and above within the contiguous U.S., provided that:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged, in resellable condition (i.e., no marks on the canvas or wear on the soles), and in their original packaging.
  • You submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Socks that have been tried on and shoe care items that have been opened cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Timing

After we receive your return at our warehouse, allow up to 15 business days for us to process a refund or issue store credit. If it has been longer than this period, please contact us.

Shipping Details

Orders with expedited shipping placed after 2 PM ET will not ship until the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Old Sole.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are processed swiftly to ensure that your sneakers are delivered promptly. Therefore, any changes to your order (including address adjustments, product swaps, or cancellations) must be made as soon as possible after placing it. While we strive to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee changes after the order is finalized. Changes made later may incur a fee of $18.00.

Currently, we are unable to process changes to international orders once they have left our warehouse.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If verified by the carrier, we will issue a full store credit or replace goods lost or damaged during transit. Please note, lost orders are not eligible for cash refunds.

International Shipping

We are dedicated to making our products accessible worldwide, despite the higher costs and complexity. International shipping costs, along with any applicable duties and taxes, are calculated during checkout. Most international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via “DHL Parcel International Direct,” which includes all duty and tax charges in the final price.

International deliveries typically take up to 10 business days. Currently, expedited shipping options are unavailable for international orders.

International Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your items internationally for a full refund under these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, in resellable condition (i.e., no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery.

Please note, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may incur additional VAT or duties from their government when processing returns. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for up to one shipment per order.
